Applied, called bt HR the next day to setup interview. Went the next day to interview with a cur re ent ASM and Store Manager that were very new in their positions. They talked about themselves and asked 6 scripted questions from their interview guide and didnt personalize the interview or ask questions to understand the applicant in front of them.

Interview was conversational to get to know you and the job followed by 3 structured interview questions. Overall very casual style interview. Really got to know about the business and how the store operates.
