Called about 10 days after I had applied. Scheduled 1 week later. Met with the Store Manager and Personnel Manager, I was scheduled at the end of the day. They had to have been doing interviews all day-they seemed a bit tired of doing them.

Nothing to difficult. Questions like "How did you handle a certain situation in your previous job", " What does Customer Service mean to you" etc.

Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.

They wanted me to drool a little bit but that's not my style so they dismissed me as a serious candidate. They also expressed concern that I would not "be happy" there even though I thought I would.

They were situational questions. Tell me about a time. There was about 5 total questions that were asked. Overall the interview questions were easy, they are looking for someone who can be a problem solver, team player, and adaptable.
