Technically, I wasn't interviewed for the position. Local HRM requested that I take an assessment at employment site. The assessment was HR related vs. aptitude/personality. After assessment, I sat and talked with local HRM for at least two hours. We discussed a day in the life as a Lowe's HRM and the specifics of the location. This was two weeks ago... Neither the local and regional HRM has returned my calls or emails.
