I applied for the Project Specialist Interiors position at Lowes. The overall experience was positive. I arrived for my interview 10 minutes ahead of time, waited a short while and was then led to the interview room on time. Both the store manager and the marketing manager were present throughout the interview and asked me questions about my background, work experience, etc. The answers to my questions regarding the position were informative and detailed. The interview was scheduled for an hour but lasted more than an hour and a half. Although I was not hired for the position, I was notified of this decision by e-mail a few weeks after my interview and would definitely give this company a favorable recommendation.

Was all about who you knew in the company to get the position. There was a lot of external candidates considered before internals. Was not a very structured interview process, they already knew who they wanted.
