The following day I sat with two ASMs who asked the typical LOWES questions. These questions carry too much weight, as the answers can be pure fiction and they would never know. Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.
