Offer Roll-out:
This is the stage/process where Lowe's falters / messes-up. Some Contractor or low-grade incompetent HRs/associates screw up and embarrass the candidate/s and the company as well.
Post documents submission, they never called back nor updated, nor did they roll out any offer; forget even formal break up of CTC!
There's no proper co-ordination and communication. I was informed that the offer was on but it's taking time. After further weeks, Lowe's (different HR again) called me back and then contrary to all the interview-discussion and final nod on the band/level/designation and salary, the HR completely back-tracked, and instead said they never discussed on any thing; and offered (verbally) only previous company's salary which I refused.
Then they further asked me to wait for a few days and they will roll out the offer, but they never did (obvious).
