It was a long process mainly done over the phone as the head office is located in Australia. Then you get sent a massive document with about 12 hours of unpaid training to do. Which is required before you even start. Interviews were very friendly and bubbly though. Beware however. It is a trap to lure you in.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch wurde in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre geführt, die Vorstellungen über die Stelle und den Arbeitsumfang werden klar dargelegt, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Ich fühlte mich während des Vorstellungsgesprächs entspannt, ohne Stress und unangemessene Fragen zu persönlichen Angelegenheiten usw. Ich bekam auf alles eine Antwort. die Möglichkeit, den gesamten Laden und das Gelände zu besichtigen, die je nach Raumaufteilung variieren. Die Geschäfte sind sauber und gepflegt.

Phone call with HR department, then phone call with Regional Manager. Video call and it was during the day. It took around 30 minutes each.
One of the best interviews I had, to be honest.
