The interview process was lengthy. It was three phone processes before they determine if your hired. One is an email, typing, phone interview, and then they have a model client on the line seeing how you would take the call.

I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.

Le procédé est assez rapide et agréable. Lors de l'entretien RH vous devrait faire une présentation d'articles que vous conseilleriez à des clients.
