I have sent my resume directly to HR. The interview was done through Zoom. The HR was super nice and lovely to talk to. The HR messaged me on Whatsapp and asked whether I was available for an interview later to which I accepted.
applied through online platform and then invited to do online Video Interview. Two set of comprehension like type of questions followed by a video recording interview to answer specific questions

Entretien
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.
