Kurze Selbstvorstellung, Überprüfung von Wissen über die Firma, Geschichte etc.
Kleines Rollenspiel Kunde - CA.
Frage, in welchen Bereich man sich selber sieht.
Mir wurde am Ende gesagt, dass ich perfekt ins Team reinpasse und eigentlich gleich starten konnte.
Am nächsten Tag hab ich dann telefonisch die Zusage erhalten.

I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.

D'abord entretien où on se film via une plateforme et on se présente, ensuite entretien avec personne des ressources humaines et puis potentiellement entretien store manager. Le procédé est assez rapide et agréable. Lors de l'entretien RH vous devrait faire une présentation d'articles que vous conseilleriez à des clients.
