Group interview followed by individual interview. Role play and a short 1-on-1 interview, discovering your past work experiences in retail and intentions for joining LV. Role play of being client advisor and other being client then switching.
Group interview structure. Team breakout and scenario questions. Very open and professional group discussions on the what to expect in the role, questions, etc. Definitely have to try to stand out as it was a group of about 15 individuals

Entretien
I only had one long interview with two different managers, than I was called after one week. The interview was hectic with a lot of dialogue and questions, they gave me the opportunity to talk and were listening carefully. The second manager would ask more teicky questions.
