I had a four step interview process. Shortly after I applied, a recruiter reached out to schedule the first interview. As most first interviews go, there were some high level questions regarding my experience and expectations. Shortly thereafter, I was scheduled with a team lead. This interview was a mix of technical and behavioral questions to get a better sense of my experience and cultural fit. Afterwards, I met with the Director of QA. This was less of an interview and more of a casual call to get a better sense of the company and what I could expect, alongside seeing if the Director felt I was a good fit. Lastly, I was scheduled for a last minute call with another team. I don't feel this is an intended step of the usual interview process, but similar to the team lead call above, this was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The interview process took place over the course of 2 weeks.
