There are two interviews after the written exam, each with standard questions. There will usually be two supervisors asking the questions. The whole process from applying to hiring took 8 months for me.
Started with a writing assignment asking you to describe a photo. Very quick verbal interview, mostly what would you do in these scenario type questions. Was a panel style interview with 2 interviewers.

How would you handle a situation in which a facility owner was aggressive or hostile towards you?
Average difficulty interview, many situational questions. There are typically at least 2 interviewers who are Chiefs that will alternate reading off a pre-determined list of questions. They will ask follow up questions if necessary depending on your response. The interview took about 1 hour.
