Entretien
After being on the Available List for about a year, I received a call for a 2nd interview. Interview was easy, standard questions. The interview was conducted by veteran Eligibility Worker Supervisors.
No interview. You will just have to take an exam and pass it. If you are placed on a higher band, they call you first. Usually takes 6 months to 1 year for them to call you.

Entretien
Easy process. I was promoted laterally. I didnt really need to interview. I just got promoted after I applied to work as an Eligibility Worker and passed the exam. Even the exam was pretty simple. Minimal understanding of math and english.
