passed an HR call, then a 40 minutes home assignment and then a technical interview. It felt as if they are trying to convince me that I'm not a senior to lower my salary expectations. They never bothered to send a decline message even 5 month afterwards...

The process took 5 months and they ended up ghosting me. It's litteraly the worst HR process that I have seen after years in high tech. 2 technical home assignment : one SQL and one SQL + Business Logic - both of them very long 2 live business tests 1 review of the home assignment 1 onsite meeting with everyone The HR is the least professional HR that I have met. Nothing is clear, everything is late, things are made up, one interview happened late in the evening to be able to meet with the CEO who finally doesn't show up. They don't treat candidates like human beings
