Gonna refrain from rating the experience, but will say this: the HR person was polite, cordial but processed me way too quickly without asking much about my work experience. After the interview, I got quite a volumnous test task, which requires you to create a content strategy, analyze competitors and even dabble in UX/CRO. The kicker is you're doing it for Loopex and you get only two days to complete it without getting access to any SEO tools.

After an initial meeting, I was given a "test task” that included several components, like competitor research, a website audit, a content silo strategy, a detailed SEO content brief, and a UX/UI redesign suggestion - all to be delivered within 48 hours. The task was extremely time-consuming and felt more like an unpaid consulting request than a fair evaluation. Asking for an in-depth analysis of their own website and strategy during recruitment is, in my view, unethical. After submitting my work, I received a copy-paste rejection with no feedback whatsoever. The process showed little respect for candidates' time or expertise.
