The recruitment process is simple and clear, right after talking to HR representative I was scheduled with technical interview.
It took industry-common form of introductions, personal experience talk and a mix of technical questions and problem-solving challenges.
Whilst I enjoyed the technical questions and experience exchange, the overall negative approach of one of the interviewers ruined the interview. With time the conversation filled with passive-agressive style of communication and challenging rather than exchange of ideas and constructive feedback. Out of nearly 20 interviews I've done back in that period this one was the most mentally exhausting, to the point I've decided not to continue the process, being afraid of potentially toxic atmosphere in the team.
