Initially communication with Loom recruiting was fast. Applied for a role online and a recruiter reached out. An initial screen was done with the recruiter and then scheduled a phone screen with sr member of engineering leadership. After arriving 8 minutes late to a 30 minute call, its apparent that interviewer had not prepared. He explained that he does not look at resumes. The lack of preparedness was a big negative for me and made for an awkward conversation. Following up after the phone screen, there was no followup. No communication afterwards.
