Interview with the line manager and a member of the team. They took turns asking questions, but the line manager didn’t look too interested and was often looking at her phone during my answers.

Everyone was friendly and I enjoyed my conversations with them. It hadn't even felt like an interview. Though these questions are behavioral, these questions felt genuine. I can't wait to start working for them this summer.

Question 1
Lonza asked about my team projects that were listed on my resume.
There was an initial phone interview with a general recruiter. Then there was a video interview with the hiring manager. The interview was pretty straightforward. We mostly talked about my past experience and coursework. There were also a few questions about my personality.
It was good. They were very respectful and helpful throughout the entire process. I enjoyed interviewing with them. It seems to be a very professional company with respect at the forefront.
