The overall process took about 4 weeks from the time I applied to the interview stage. Since it was for an internship position, I had a single interview with the Lead Scientist. The interview was mainly focused on my background, technical knowledge relevant to the role, and my motivation for joining Roche. The discussion also covered my academic experience and how it could be applied to ongoing projects in the team.

Had a very structured and professional interview with the HRBP. She asked me a variety of questions and was also very kind so that it did not feel like an Interview but a conversation.
