The interview process was 2-stages, and I was made to feel comfortable throughout. However, at the second stage I found the questions to be quite strange and it felt as if the CEO was unprepared for the interview, he often went off on a tangent that felt unrelated to the role and requirements. I also experienced a lack of flexibility when discussing working culture and required hours/days, despite learning that some of the interviewers were on flexible hours themselves. No feedback given when requested following interviews.
