Quick 15-minute interview in the restaurant with assistant manager, just went in between 3-5 to not bother them during a rush. Later met with the GM and was offered the job. I was referred so it may be more difficult for others.

all behavioural questions, tell me about a time when..., languages, client facing experience. experience working in kitchens, very behavioural questions judging fit, work ethic and vibe. only one person (manager) conducts the interview.
