I was recently interviewed by London Wall Partners and from my experience, I have to say that from the first call to the stage when I was offered the role everything was dealt with in a highly professional manner. So, I had my first round of interview with HR who was a very friendly and approachable person. She explained to me the next steps and arranged an interview with the hiring manager. He was such a pleasure to talk to, he explained to me the job role in detail, explained the team structure and company culture. I was asked about my CV and things that I would bring to the role. I was then progressed to the next stage which was a written test comprising of two parts. The first part was logical reasoning & mathematical test and the 2nd part was proofreading exercise. I was then progressed to the final level which was a call with the senior management team and was offered the role in the interview call!! I am so pleased with the whole experience and looking forward to working for London Wall Partners!!
