J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez London Film Academy (Londres, Angleterre) en sept. 2020
Entretien
One of the craziest interview processes I have ever been involved in:
Round 1) CV, cover letter AND a video application
Round 2) Interview with HR
Round 3) Presentation over zoom (an hour)
Round 4) Presentation in person (over an hour)
Round 5) Aptitude test for English / maths
Round 6) Final interview
Absolutely laughable to need to prove your quality of English in a fifth round after you've spoken over 3 hours with LFA staff and presented to them twice. I dropped out at that stage. Just not worth it for a 30k role.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
All the interview questions were basically getting the interviewees to do free marketing consultancy for them: How can we make our website copy more compelling? How would you improve our customer journey? What taglines would you come up with for our social for the year? Etc etc.
