Tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult customer?
The selection process composed of Psychometric assessment followed by in person interview. The interview was relatively easy one with behaviour analytical questions mostly. After being selected, a two days terminal training will be provided at London Drugs HQ
Straightforward interview process. Didn't take long, only 20-30 minutes. Basic Questions such as how you deal with conflict or customers were asked. They are interested in how you can contribute to the company.
