Interview process took several months and to start training took another several months be prepared to waiting a few months to start the job. Training is also very strict and but very informative

Assessment at the call centre which consisted of 1. How fast you can type, 2. Ability to recall by memory and 3. If you were able to type down patient details correctly. Once i passed i moved onto the next stage which was a, 1 hour zoom call asking about my past experience, why I’d join & scenario based questions.

As apart of the ECH process there is a few steps to the interview
Step 1 : application (make sure you put effort into your personal statement)
Step 2 : assessment (this comprises of a few things. 1. A typing test, 2. A memory test . 3. A comprehension test 4. A data input test. Just listen to all the instructions and you’ll be golden
Step 3 interview : this is very important. Make sure you research the trust, the trust values. When you’re answering a question make sure you provide examples.
The trust will send you a pack to prep for the interview. Make sure you read it fully as this helped me massively.
