Candidate experience is one of our top priorities, so let me address each of your concerns individually:
-Timing and absence of feedback: During our first call, we always aim to explain the next steps of the process, including when to expect a response. If this was missed during your conversation we sincerely apologize. We know remote interviews ask a lot of time and mental energy from people on both sides of the screen. We will make sure expectations are properly set for all future candidates.
-Wanting additional feedback so you can improve: We've heard this from a few candidates, so around the time of your interview we started implementing additional feedback for everyone who makes it through the technical interview stage. We understand this may not assuage your frustration, so if you'd like input from the Lokal you interviewed with, please email hx@loka.com and we'll be happy to provide it to you.
