J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Logitech (San Francisco, CA) en mars 2012
Entretien
Logitech recruiter contacted me via email to request a phone interview. The phone interview was then scheduled by a second recruiter that I was referred to. The interview took place two days later and was with the Director of Marketing. He asked some very interesting and unique questions to 'see how my brain worked'. He told me that he would recommend to the recruiters that I move to the next round. But I never received a followup email from Logitech. I followed up with them two days later and heard nothing. A week later, I received an automated rejection email.

Question 1
If you and I were sitting at a round wood table and the table was made of a mix of two different shades of wood. How would you estimate the percentage each shade made up?
Several interviews over a prolonged period. Received an automated rejection with no further commentary from the recruiter or hiring manager. For putting in the time during the interview process and prep for the interviews; more feedback would have been helpful vs. no further response from recruiter.
Interview went very smooth and felt very comfortable during my interview session. Company culture was also really good and nice colleagues helping out. Things changed when the new CEO came in so there was a lot of transitional periods and some layoffs.
Lots of last-minute rescheduling of interviews. At least one interviewer didn't show up at all. The people seemed pleasant enough, but the interview process was chaotic at best. Would not recommend.
