I went through six rounds of interviews for the Channel Account Manager position at Logitech — including HR screening, several interviews with regional and EMEA management, and a final round with the Channel Leader. The process lasted around two months in total, with no clear communication on the next steps or timeline.
After weeks of silence, I had to follow up multiple times myself to get updates. Eventually, after all rounds, I received a very generic rejection email, with no constructive feedback or explanation — despite the significant amount of time and preparation I had invested.
To make things worse, I was again offered a more junior Inside Sales role, which I had already declined earlier in the process. This felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially after being considered for a senior strategic role.
I didn’t get this position and even if I had, I would consider twice if I want to join such company…
