Applied online, was reached out by a recruiter and had an initial interview. The recruiter setup a second interview with a hiring manager. Was asked standard Behavioral Questions. Never heard back after that. Recruiter never even responded to follow ups.

It was a video interview and it was pretty routine stuff. The team manager, a senior engineer and my eventual mentor were there in the interview panel . They asked questions about my experiences and evaluated me based on my experiences
