Entretien
The interview was fairly straightforward and was about 15 minutes long. They just wanted to know about your laptop equipment and if you can type and read questions aloud. They also want to know about your availability that you can work.
There were two video interviews with the recruiter. I was asked to read a script out loud and share my screen to confirm internet upload and download speed. Once hired, all documents were sent through Docu sign.
Quick and easy telephone interview with a couple basic questions about employment history and any previous call centre experience. They asked why I would be good at conducting surveys. Received an offer the next day.
