Interviews took place over Zoom (COVID-19) starting with a friendly meeting of the team and followed up by a more technical interview with a department head; We discussed the job, technology and played out some potential scenarios. Every person I spoke to was extremely friendly, understanding and open in the discussions which was appreciated. They were keenly interested in workplace culture fit which represented to me Logicom as more of a family than just a corporate entity, the negative reviews on Glassdoor seem unfounded and do not seem to pair up with what I experienced.
