Done over zoom with sales manager and assistant. Informational and hands on. Gave good sense of expectations and what company was all about as well as products offered and sales approaches.

Warm and comforting, they gave me a tour of the building and introduced me to some of the employees working on the floor. They explained how their different departments work, benefits at LP, company culture, etc.

I applied online, was contacted within 2 days and scheduled an in person interview at their Villa Park office. I then scheduled an in person interview, which led me to the Villa Park office.
