      Entretien

      After submitting my application online, I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening interview within three days. The communication at this stage was clear, and I was provided with a basic overview of the role and the interview process ahead. The recruiter screening call lasted about 30 minutes. In this conversation, we discussed my background, experience, and motivation for applying. I was also asked about my expectations regarding the role and was informed about the company culture. At the end of the call, I was informed that I would be moving forward to the next stage. The next round involved a more in-depth discussion with the hiring manager. This interview focused on technical skills, especially around [specific skills related to the role, e.g., strategic partnerships and channel development. I was asked to share specific examples from my past experience that showcased my ability to achieve growth targets. The interview was well-structured, and the interviewer was open to questions, providing more insights into the team’s objectives and company expectations. As part of the selection process, I was assigned a practical task. The task required me to create a 30-60-90 day plan and Deal Win presentation, targeting key stakeholders in Mexico for LogicMonitor. The exercise involved considerable time and effort to present strategic approaches for market entry and growth. Feedback was promised on this deliverable as part of the evaluation process. After submitting my task, I was scheduled for a final interview with a senior leader. This interview was intended to assess my alignment with the company's broader vision and values. It was a unstructured] conversation focused on both my task and cultural fit. Despite positive indications throughout the process, I ultimately did not receive an offer. Communication about the decision was brief and provided minimal detail.
