Within 24 hours of applying, I received an email invitation to complete the CCAT and personality test. Then had a phone screening with an internal Talent Acquisition Specialist at which point a second CCAT over Zoom was scheduled. The final stage was a three hour on-site interview that started with a 1 hour "open book" technical test (they provided a laptop to use with a Windows and Mac environment available). After the test, senior level TSEs went over the test in-depth and asked follow up questions. Then I had a short interview with the manager focusing on customer facing aspects of the role. The whole interview process was seamless and the talent acquisition specialist I worked with was fantastic at communicating thoroughly every step of the way. It took 2 weeks from the day I submitted my application online to the day I had my onsite interview (the offer came 4 days after that because they had to finish other interviews), but it probably could have been quicker if I had been more immediately available in various parts of the interview scheduled. The company also had a user conference going on during that time that drew some resources away. Even still, I thought the whole process was very quick and efficient. * Part of why I ended up taking the position is because of how impressed I was with the communication during recruitment!

Process was fast and transparent. I had a great person to communicate with on the recruiting team. Company was straightforward about their needs and wants and were easy to work with throughout the hiring process.
