I got as far as doing the aptitude and personality tests. Aptitude was fine - maths and logic questions as expected. Personality test... Now what is up with the company they went with for this? Really strange, inappropriate and often irrelevant questions. It was radio buttons on a strongly agree to strongly disagree scale. No joke, some of the standout questions were: - I am able to love - I am lazy - I have close friends of the same sex - I have many friends - I am happy - I am lonely - I believe most people care for each other - I've "got my act together" (yes they used quotation marks) - I understand my feelings - People talk about me behind my back - I sleep very well - I get angry - I waste time - I am able to manipulate others - I argue with people I care about - My moods change - Throughout my life I have kept up with my peers socially - I do not hurt people I love - I get up easily in the morning Most of these questions - how is this any of your business? Also, what are you looking for? An emotionless yet narcissistic robot that gets its full 8 hours of beauty sleep. I liked the product and company. Super uninterested now due to them thinking that this particular type of personality test is appropriate. If this is the type of culture you foster, no thanks.
