One of their recruiters reached out on LinkedIn to gage interest, and I scheduled an initial phone screening/interview with their recruiting associate. They then scheduled me for a two-part Zoom interview that lasted 90 min. No one seemed to know with which team or in which function I’d be working. Afterwards, the recruiting associate told me he’d be in touch with next steps. After about a week, I wrote to see if there were updates and heard nothing. Waited about another week after that to try again and see if there were updates, and they never replied.

There was 3 rounds in total. 1 HR screen and 2 rounds with other consultants. All questions are behavioral. Super easy and relaxed. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Come prepared with STAR style stories and you will be golden.

One round with the hiring manager focusing on thought process & cultural fit; the second round with a more technical focused on the evaluation of technical skills (in this case tableau)

Round 1: more understanding how you approach problems and work collaboratively in a team (what kinds of questions do you ask, how do you try to make sure your work is usable by others) Round 2: explaining specific features in Tableau, when/why you would use joins vs relationships vs blending, etc.
Ethan made the entire recruitment & interview process very easy. I was interviewing for a consultant position that was 100% remote. Communication through calls, texts and emails were extremely convenient and made the process seamless for my busy schedule.
