A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn to gauge interest in an open position at Logic20/20. From there a phone screen with the recruiter was scheduled for the next day. After I spoke with the recruiter, she set up in-person interviews with two people at the company: someone who I would be directly reporting to, and someone outside of my department who chatted with me about the company as a whole and culture. After those interviews, I spoke with the recruiter again and was set up on a final interview with an executive.
Overall the process took about 2-2.5 weeks from LinkedIn message to accepting an offer, and it was very easy. The recruiter called me before and after each interview and was extremely nice. She helped me to prep, negotiate salary, and talk through benefits.
