Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. Began with an initial phone screen. I was pleasantly surprised with the extent of her knowledge about the role and the speed at which the process moved. Though I was not actively looking, I came onsite for a meeting with the hiring manager, very open and conversational. I was then asked to come back and meet with a few other team members. I ended up accepting the offer.

3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 CEO round.
in both technical rounds tehy ask you about your projects in CV and all the technologies you have mentioned in your cv. then no sql vs mysql, websockets, what is kafka, then they give you 1 sql question to solve. Monolith vs microservices why micro service, interviewer was more keen on monolith. in generla technical rounds are basic java concepts and dbms.
CEO round is the WORST round. they call you to office for F2F interview and then tell that CEO will join online, they dont even show their office you have to go in a meeting room of a co-working space. CEO joins 30 minutes late as he does not care about your time. He asks about what you know about loginext and using AI what feature can you develop for loginext. How will you scale if you get 1 million requests . and then salary discussion they only pay at max 30% hike after lot of negotiation. They have minimum 10 hours WFO policy.

Entretien
There were two rounds. In both interviews, I had to call HR to request interviewers to join the call. It would be great if filtering for the matching candidates based on payscale happens before initiating the interview process. That would save time for both parties. Their expectation is 10 hours/day and 50 hours/week.
