Initial brief phone call interview, followed by a one on one video interview, then had to complete two online assessments. (next stage was an assessment day but did not make it to that stage)

I completed three interviews all over Skype. The first with the hiring manager, second with the Senior Manager, and third with HR. The first interview focused on my education, recent experiences, and software knowledge. The second interview focused on how I would fit in with the company and general questions about myself. The third interview focused on general questions about experience and information about working at the company.
