Avoid Logi Analytics like the plague. An enormous waste of time and energy to interview here. You will get repeatedly lied to, mislead, and ghosted by the recruiters and interviewers. Had four rounds of interviews and a build exercise/presentation for the position I was interviewing for. Worked incredibly hard on the build exercise and presentation and got great reception on it. Was told I “would be contacted by the end of the week with the next steps” and was fully expecting an offer. Followed up with recruiters and interviewers after the presentation TWICE, heard nothing until nearly two weeks after my presentation that the position I was interviewing for no longer existed. Have never been through such an unorganized recruitment process. Zero transparency or communication and you have to literally pry answers out of the recruiters/interviewers and follow up extensively to get any sort of idea of what’s going on throughout the process. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Not worth your time. Seems like I’m far from the first person who this has happened to either. Get your act together, Logi. Embarrassing.

Wow is all I can really say and that is in no way a compliment. I applied online for a TAM role they had listed and was contacted for a phone interview. Prior to my call I did my research and due diligence and read quite a few unflattering reviews about the interview process which all seemed to share a common theme which was lack of communication. I believe one person even stated they had been ghosted by Logi Analytics after their interview. As I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt I kept my scheduled call with them to discuss this role and my background. During my initial conversation I felt like things went well and when it came time for me to ask questions I specifically brought up the concerns many on here had with the lack of communication and was told that would absolutely not happen with me and regardless of their decision I would hear from them within a week. Guess what? It has been over a month now with ZERO response back. I even sent off a quick follow-up email 10 days after my call to check in and see what was going on and haven't heard anything back. To the folks at Logi Analytics, this is completely unprofessional and disrespectful! If you cannot even follow through on something as simple as shooting an email letting your candidates know where things stand I cannot even begin to imagine how poorly you treat your actual employees. Seriously, shame on you. Be better. Do better.
