Spent 5+ hours interviewing with these people. 1hr phone call + 1.5 hr meeting in Dublin. Almost 3hrs of telephone interviews with Senior Execs in US. I was told I was a very strong candidate for the role. Then they went quiet for 3 full weeks. I only got feedback because I chased it up. No job offer. Interviews with US based execs were very repetitive... would have saved so much time if they had all been on the one call. Going forward they need to be more considerate of the candidates time. Also the salary for the role was €10k/€15k less than market rates. Based on recent company reviews of marketing dept I think I had a lucky escape....
