J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LogRhythm en nov. 2015
Entretien
Phone interview on social skills, followed by technical phone interview. I met with them at a school career fair, and a few weeks later got an email looking to set up a preliminary phone interview. I had not yet completed the classes that cover topics they asked me about in the technical screening, so I was at a disadvantage. I'm looking to reapply to the company next year for a full time position.

I only got to the HR phone screen, but the recruiter I spoke with was very inconsiderate. He was very disengaged through the whole call, but that wasn't the worst of it. He warned me at the end that he was going on vacation right after our call and that I should follow up in a week (isn't that your job?). Sure enough, a week went by and I heard nothing. So I reached out. Guess what? Still heard nothing. I sent a second followup and I heard nothing again for yet another week. Finally, after 2 - 3 whole weeks in total, I received a boilerplate email that said "we have decided not to proceed with your candidacy for the current opening" because "there are other candidates that align more effectively with the requirements". I am not upset about the rejection, but rather the ignorance that this company provides to candidates they don't deem worthy anymore.

Applied for an entry position as a software engineer, then a recruiter followed up to schedule an interview with their principal software engineer. Unfortunately, the engineer was very impolite. From the start of the conversation, he was very short and just walked through a list of technical questions (see interview question below). Honestly, the worst interview I've ever had.
