Fairly straight forward process, in total took about 2 months. Recruiter was very responsive and maintained contact through every step of the way. -Submitted resume through company website. -3 weeks later recruiter contacted me, had a quick convo about role and asked me basic questions about skills and what I'm looking for in my next role. -Had interview with the hiring manager and network architect. Interview was about my experience, where I see myself in the future. Interview was 1hr+, it involved technical questions as well. -A week later had 3 more interview, 2 with senior managers from other IT teams and last one with the head of the entire IT department. -The day after the interview, recruiter contacted me to discuss more in detail my salary requirements. The following day, I was contacted with an offer.
