They want to seem cool but are very petty. No detailed explanation given after the interview, not even a single line explanation after so many rounds of interview.
Interviewer seemed satisfied with open ended discussion but still they just simply rejected without even giving the reason(initially they will send a big cool mail on how they will give you a elaborated feedback but none given).

Question 1
Round 1: Basic java questions (interviewer might have opened the top 50 interview questions link on google actually)
Round 2: coding round - Role base authentication system: no feedback provided for this round, about coding skills, design pattern, no comments at all. Just you have cleared the interview round.
3. Open ended discussion : interviewer are inexperienced and only talks about theory they have studied, no practical discussion and are confused if you ask questions.

Entretien
I was informed simple process of two rounds - First coding in which an exercise is shared to be completed in 4 hours and solution sent online. Second was system design.
I cleared both rounds and received a verbal congratulations and confirmation for employment.
However, there was no response from HR or the recruitment agency for more than one and a half month.
Multiple follow ups and call went in vain. After nearly two months, I finally got on call with HR and was informed that interview was fine but they wont be able to offer. No valid reason provided. Upon asking whether it was for salary expectation, HR denied and affirmed that they dont have any budget constraints.
Very unprofessional. They simply do not value candidate's time and effort.

Entretien
The process was like they will share you open ended case study problem and they will expect you to provide them solution what they are expecting.since it's open ended so it's rarely possible to have that. Instead of having discussion they will reject you on grounds of any stupid reason. I don't know if they want to hire also or not.
My suggestion is don't waste time on this type of irresponsible companies.
