Brief 10 minute phone interview: just want your introduction and basic info
2nd Phone Interview: Talked to multiple associates and managers. Behavioral/situational, company, and position questions.
3rd Onsite Interview: Interviewed by two managers for an hour. More personal questions. Showed me some of the assignments. Also met some of the office.

The interview was not hard, but also not easy. Expect to be tested on your resume and given plenty of challenging behavioral questions. Nothing technical was asked. You might be tested on your resume, however. Competitive, however. A lot of people going for this
