The first interview was professional however I heard the receptionist call at least 5 other people to set up other interviews. The second interview was observing in the field, basically door to door sales of other businesses coupons. Pay is based off of how many you sell plus you have to drive your own car to the locations which could later be used as a tax write off. I got the vibe that they must have a high turnover rate since they were trying to schedule as many interviews and get as many people through the door as possible. They do talk about moving up within the company due to rapid growth, but it is still basically all sales related jobs.
