Online application, then follow up with a phone interview, zoom interview with the hiring manager, and finally with team. It was overall a smooth process and also easy to communicate through email.

Straight forward process. There were two phone calls; the first was an informational interview and simple background questions for myself, and the second, I was asked about my previous internship positions and skills I learned from them, and how they can be applied at LISC.
