Average Interview, 3 rounds of interview, one with recruiter, one with PM, and one with the team. Made it to second round. First 2 rounds are not technical, mainly experience heavy and behavioural questions
Explained the role well. Hear back pretty quickly and first interview was with HR. They were kind and explained Job requirements and responsibilities at the beginning of the call and had 2-3 behavioural questions

I recently completed my first interview for the role. The conversation went smoothly, and I had the opportunity to outline my experience and interest in the position. The company also conducted interviews with several other candidates. After they reviewed all applicants, I was informed that I was not selected to move forward to the next stage of the hiring process. While the outcome was not what I hoped for, I appreciate having been considered and gained useful insight that will help me prepare for future opportunities.
