I recently attended an interview at Lloyds Technology Centre and was impressed by the organized process and was overall Positive. The panels were friendly and questions were relevant.They are 3 rounds for recruitment process. First one is coding round i.e paper-pen round ,where we have to write the code in paper .Then technical round where they asked the questions which is based on the resume. Then it is behavioural round.

The interview process consists of three rounds: a coding round to assess problem-solving skills, a technical round to evaluate core knowledge, and a behavioral round to gauge cultural fit and communication.
